Around the globe, restaurants have massive unused dining space and tiny kitchens. Now they need big kitchens and a delivery driver. With the cold and rain, outdoor winter seating is going to be a challenge for most. What will happen? Those who have insufficient funding will close. While some who have capital will ride it out, change with the times, and spring back, others will see this as divine intervention and use it as an opportunity to leave.
